Hello from the sky! I am currently headed to NC for a beach weekend of relaxation, sun and sand.
I'm excited to say there have been quite a few developments over the past months. In May, I got engaged to a wonderful man, in June we strapped on our backpacks and trekked across Europe, and a few weeks ago, I started Business School at the University of Texas - Austin. Needless to say, life has been busy. But great! Which is a good thing because it doesn't appear to be slowing down. With the cooler weather (hopefully sooner rather than later) fall promises to bring fun gigs at a few familiar and a few new venues in DFW. (Click HERE for calendar) If you are in the area, come on out. I would love to see you!!

Wow. The past few months have really flown by! Feels like one minute it was Christmas, then I blinked, and next thing I knew I was unpacking summer clothes. (Shorts in early March - one of the reasons to be grateful for Texas weather!) The transition from winter to spring is by far my favorite, and this one has brought with it some really exciting opportunities. Lots of travel, a beautiful wedding in LA, an amazing new apartment, steady inspiration for more writing, and preparation for a busy and profitable next few months.
Check out the calendar for upcoming shows. I'm back at some favorite wineries (perfect weather this time of year), and branching out to some new venues as well. Hope to see you there!
A few pictures from the Corner Pocket CD release. Stay tuned for videos and additional band shots!
